There had been a letter found by me from my organization providing information about penalties for missing of deadlines of work-completion. There had also been provision of information about other types of penalties for making mistakes in work like lack of proper quality of work. This letter had been ineffective because of ways in which points had been repeated in the letter to make the letter repetitive. There had been some words and phrases underlined and written in bold text. However, there had not been requirement of making many of these words and phrases bold and/or underlined. This is because some underlined words and phrases had been repeated in the letter because of which they had also been written in bold.
